What type of technology do we use?
We use extraction-based cleaning (water applied with cleaning agents, then mopped up).
1. We use special cleaning agents for severe contamination (e.g. chewing gum, glue, etc.).
2. The special, industrial cleaning agent is applied onto the surface (we don’t use the cleaning products advertised in the TV). We wash the carpet or the upholstery the same way you wash your clothes in the washing machine (the aforementioned combination and diligent work ensures the best possible results, as you can see in our Gallery).
3. If needed, we can dilute the contamination with the proper device (in case of carpets, a special machinery is used).
4. After that, we use a strong, industrial vacuum machine equipped with three motors to vacuum up the contaminated water, then repeat the process until the stain is no longer visible.
How do you protect the clarity of my house and my floor?
First of all, we don’t use our regular shoes, we use a separate, clean pair of shoes. We must use special shoes because we use water and electricity at the same time, which could lead to quite shocking turn of events…
On the other hand, we can’t control gravity. There is a chance that some water could splash onto the floor, or that the textile could leak some. Quality, wooden floors are durable, so this is literally nothing for the floor.
However, we try to minimize this with a special line of defense. This is a very strong material with small edges, which is enough to stop the water from spreading, creating a mini pool. This way, the water can’t leak into the laminated floor.
This precaution is photographed in every case because we had a customer who tried to trick us, saying that we didn’t use this, then tried to persuade us to pay for his floor, which was already damaged before we arrived).
